What was your role/job title when you started working with Alex? 

     "Lead agent on team, mentee to Alex's coaching services." 

Why did you hire Alex and what were you hoping to achieve together? 

     "As I stepped into a new leadership role on my team (lead agent, mentoring new agents in the business on our team), Alex coached me in all facets of my business, specifically increasing my production as well as growing into my leadership role and coaching my downline of agents in my "pod". Alex was also there to bounce ideas off of and coach on personal matters to include: family, mental health, personal finances etc."

What was the result after working with Alex? What were your takeaways?  

     "Via Alex's coaching I surely became a more efficient agent when it comes to objection handling, streamlining systems (utilization of past clients/sphere, CRM management, inbound lead conversations and conversions) and targeting/focusing on daily activities that directly lead to an increase in income and deal flow. Through our time working together I also learned many efficient tactics for being a coach myself. During this time, I was also able to achieve one of the largest goals of my life, which was building my business/income to a point in which my wife could stop working and focus on the dreams/aspirations we have on our farm, and living out her lifelong dream of being a stay at home dog mom :) "
