My list of non negotiables is longer than most and it's inspired by the people in my world that have encouraged me to build a life by design. My list includes building an organization that puts people first, inspires others through collaboration and positive leadership, allows a space for strategic thinkers, high performers and honest communication. What better way to share this vision than to consult for those looking to enhance their organizations as well?!
Whether it's launching a business, working through a production ceiling, building financial models, coaching through relationship solutions, leadership development and/or business forecasting, I have the drive to help others build the ultimate professional environment and have had the humble pleasure to put into place scaleable solutions with previous clients and partners that have led to an increase in productivity, retention, tech adoption, market share and more.
I'm hoping to grow and help more people in 2022.

My WHY
When I became a mother, a huge wave of emotions came over me, as I'm sure most first time mothers can relate to. Personally, my drive increased tenfold. I realized even more than the day before, how much bigger the world is and what my impact needs to be now that I have bright blue eyes looking up to me every single day.
So I went to work, and didn't stop. I took my daughter Elliott to the office with me, into meetings; there are pictures of late night phone calls with clients of us with her sleeping on my lap.
I hit obstacles, as most career driven individuals can relate to. Whether forecasted or out of no where, I didn't let them stop me. I knew that in order to provide the life for my daughter that I didn't have, and to give her a legacy to be proud of,
I can't give up.
So here I am, branding my own consulting business. Of course, I am still in other businesses with a real estate focus, but Charm City Coaching gets to be part of the legacy cultivated for my daughter. The company is centered around designing the individualized business solution needed for every client and their consumer. Whether your goal is to be home by dinner, leveraged in a different department, increase revenue, or to just learn how to get started; Charm City Coaching will nurture your dream the same way I see mine in my blue eyed toddler.
